This spacious 3,500 square foot, seven-bedroom, 5-bath unit sleeps up to 15.

This newly built (2026) "barndominium" is located just minutes from the base of Boyne Mountain. The structure includes two units:  This particular seven-bedroom unit along with the smaller Bunny's Bungalow - 1-bedroom / 1.5-bath unit.  Ask about renting both if your needs are such.

This unit offers 7 comfortable bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a huge game room, private backyard, and hot tub (coming for ski season).  There is plenty of space for family and friends to relax, reconnect, and have fun together.

Four bedrooms are on the second level and offer king beds.  The other three are first level bedrooms - 2 feature a queen bed while the other is a King bed, primary suite with ensuite bathroom.  All 7 bedrooms offer their own 50" television.

​

4 full bathrooms for convenience. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. There is a bonus half bath on ground level. 

 

Washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs in the center of the bedrooms for guest use.

The spacious kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to big family dinners. Our extra-large dining table gives everyone a place to sit together, enjoy a meal, play a game, or simply catch up after a day of adventure.

Our large game room is the perfect place to unwind and challenge your friends and family. Enjoy:

Living room and kitchen are open concept. There is a small kitchen with brand new appliances: large refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee station. Kitchen is well-equipped with all the kitchen gadgets of home including a coffee pot, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, and more.
